About the Role
Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the supermarket. Tasks include operating machinery, thorough mopping, vacuuming, sweeping and wiping, as well as cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, oven canopies and outdoor trolley bays. All health and safety procedures must be followed, and full training is provided. • Perform daily cleaning duties such as mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and wiping to keep the store spotless. • Operate cleaning machinery and clean interiors (toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, oven canopies) and exterior trolley bays. • Follow all health and safety procedures while working. • Work early‑morning shifts (05:00‑09:00) Monday‑Saturday, with Sundays off; overtime is available. • Use the Arcus Connect app on an NFC‑enabled smartphone for time and attendance tracking. • Provide detail‑oriented, positive service and customer focus.

What You Bring
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required, as on‑the‑job training will be supplied. Candidates should have an eye for detail, a positive attitude to cleaning and customer service, and must provide an NFC‑enabled smartphone to use the Arcus Connect app for time‑keeping.

The store operates seven days a week and offers flexible shift patterns, including early‑morning, morning, afternoon and evening shifts. The current schedule is Monday to Saturday, 05:00‑09:00, with Sunday off, and overtime may be available.
