About the Role

The technician will ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process, from component inspection to root‑cause analysis, helping deliver goods that meet or exceed customer expectations. • Champion safety and integrity by fostering a safe, collaborative, productive work environment. • Use Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) to measure reactivity of uncured epoxy and report glass transition temperature. • Operate rheometer to assess silicone plasticity. • Measure weight and density of epoxy; monitor shelf life of chemicals. • Mix and handle chemicals using proper PPE; document and analyze test results. • Audit and monitor manufacturing processes against internal and regulatory standards. • Report and troubleshoot process deviations and defects in finished goods. • Communicate technical information requiring explanation or interpretation. • Support Operations and Engineering in root‑cause identification, solution implementation, and rigorous follow‑up.

What You Bring

A high school diploma, associate’s degree, or equivalent experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to work legally in the United States. • Required: high school diploma or associate’s degree (or equivalent experience). • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus. • Work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the U.S. • Preferred: 2–5 years experience as a Quality Technician. • Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and SAP. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
