About the Role
As a Pro Paint Specialist with Behr, you’ll work in a Home Depot store focusing on professional painting contractors. You’ll meet and build relationships with local pros, assist them in selecting the right products, mix paint, provide any necessary tools, and ensure they receive quick, efficient service so they can get back to work. Your goal is to make professional customers feel valued and enjoy a top‑tier paint store experience. • Build and maintain relationships with professional painting contractors, following up on their projects and needs. • Collaborate with Behr outside sales reps and Home Depot staff, pulling, tinting, and fulfilling orders. • Lift and move merchandise up to 75 lb as needed. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with a 4 % company match.
