About the Role
The role focuses on direct and indirect tax compliance, month‑end closing and accounting operations, audit support, financial record keeping, and team leadership. Responsibilities span tax computation, GST and transfer‑pricing compliance, ERP‑driven financial reporting, audit coordination, internal‑control enhancement, and mentoring junior staff across functions such as Tax, Treasury, Operations, and Procurement. • Ensure accurate computation, timely payment, and compliance of direct and indirect tax liabilities, including GST and Transfer Pricing. • Manage month‑end financial closing activities, bank reconciliations, depreciation, Capex, prepaid expenses, provisions, vendor ageing, forex entries, and intercompany forms in D365. • Coordinate IFC, statutory, tax, and GST audits, maintaining complete documentation and strengthening internal controls. • Maintain up‑to‑date financial records across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and support preparation of financial statements and management reports. • Lead, mentor, and review junior team members on accounting, tax compliance, and month‑end processes while fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance or a related field, with CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred, and possess 5–7 years of experience in taxation, accounting and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of Direct Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, ERP systems (preferably D365), analytical ability, and effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills are essential, while prior team‑leadership experience is advantageous. • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance or related field; CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred. • 5–7 years of experience in taxation, accounting, and financial reporting with exposure to audits and month‑end closing. • Strong knowledge of Direct Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing and ERP systems (preferably D365). • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team management capabilities. • Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is an added advantage.
