About the Role
You will manage and process project documents, ensuring their accuracy, proper storage, and compliance with internal and client standards. This includes supporting audits, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. • Maintain document control procedures for incoming and outgoing records. • Process customer drawings and test reports using DMS, SharePoint, and email. • Compose, organize, and distribute instruction manuals. • Verify customer contact details and document formatting accuracy. • Manage electronic filing systems for secure storage and retrieval. • Review documents for compliance with company and client standards. • Track nomenclature, maintain version control, and generate status reports. • Support audits and respond to customer inquiries while ensuring data confidentiality. • Utilize SharePoint or similar document management tools.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with digital platforms such as SharePoint are essential.
