About the Role

The position involves managing your own territory, engaging prospects through calls, emails and face‑to‑face visits, and collaborating with regional operations to deliver proposals. You will represent Velociti’s service standards in every interaction while tracking activities in a CRM system. • Build and grow a local territory through outbound calls, emails, and in‑person visits • Meet new prospects weekly to assess facility needs • Develop relationships via lunches, dinners, sports, golf, and creative events • Collaborate with Regional Operations to craft service proposals and pricing • Sell recurring facility contracts and one‑time jobs such as pressure washing and floor care • Record calls, meetings, and proposals in HubSpot CRM • Uphold Velociti’s Service Standards in all client interactions • Organized and accountable for managing pipeline and schedule

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has up to three years of experience, high energy, curiosity and strong people skills, and thrives on meeting new people and building trust.
