About the Role
The position assists multiple Project Managers with daily project management tasks such as developing and maintaining documentation, preparing meeting materials, creating contract requisitions, and managing the in‑processing of contracted support personnel. Key duties include supporting contract administration, interfacing with functional areas and suppliers to track action items and schedules, producing project authorization packages, time and cost tracking, status reports, scope change documents, and supporting project closeout activities. • Assist Project Managers with daily project documentation, meeting materials, and contract requisitions. • Manage in‑processing of contracted support personnel and handle invoice processing. • Coordinate with functional areas and suppliers to track action items, schedules, and resolve project issues. • Prepare project authorization packages, time/cost tracking, status reports, scope change documents, and support project closeout. • Maintain required access clearance and pass required medical examinations.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience, or equivalent combinations of associate’s degree with four years, or high school diploma with six years, plus required access clearance and a favorable medical examination. Preferred qualifications include experience with project financial controls, knowledge of utility business and power‑plant equipment, and familiarity with contract management systems such as Asset Suite 9. • Hold a bachelor's degree with 2 years experience, or equivalent education and experience combinations. • Preferred: experience with project financial controls, utility business, power‑plant equipment, and contract management systems like Asset Suite 9.
