About the Role
In this role you will work as an on‑site member of the Product Services team. You will perform simple repairs on portable electric and pneumatic tools, light construction equipment, and outdoor products, as well as troubleshoot failures by disassembling units to identify worn or defective components. You will also maintain shop equipment, keep the work area clean and safe, and ensure tools are inspected and returned to proper storage after use. • Perform simple repairs on portable electric and pneumatic tools, light construction equipment, and outdoor products. • Troubleshoot tool failures by disassembling units and replacing worn or defective components. • Maintain shop equipment, ensure a clean and safe work environment, and inspect tools before use. • Complete work orders with accurate parts, labor, pricing, and customer information. • Manage inventory accuracy for parts and accessories. • Interpret mechanical diagrams, wiring schematics, and service data. • Apply electricity and airflow principles to diagnose tool issues. • Perform basic mathematical calculations for diagnostics and documentation. • Meet daily, weekly, and quarterly productivity goals while maintaining quality. • Participate in an inclusive culture that supports diversity, equity, inclusion, volunteerism, and sustainable practices.
