About the Role

In this position you will lead detailed design and construction phases, ensuring high‑quality technical solutions while collaborating with the project team and supporting junior staff. • Develop, coordinate and lead detailed design and construction phases for diverse projects. • Produce detailed design development, working drawings, contract administration and on‑site services. • Resolve complex technical and design issues and manage change control requests and RFIs. • Maintain project documentation, drawings, specifications and conduct site inspections. • Ensure adherence to quality, environmental, health & safety procedures and promote system improvements. • Support project programming, resourcing and financial reviews; collaborate with team and mentor junior staff. • Provide technical leadership on large projects with strong Revit and BIM Level 2 expertise.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will hold a recognised architectural technology qualification (CIAT accredited preferred) and bring experience of technical leadership on larger projects, strong Revit and BIM Level 2 skills, and a solid understanding of building regulations and design standards. • Hold a recognised architectural technology qualification (CIAT accredited preferred). • Demonstrate high‑quality Revit output, building detailing knowledge and understanding of regulations and standards. • Possess strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills; healthcare experience beneficial.
