About the Role
Each day you’ll fix trucks and equipment that service over 20 million customers across the USA. As a Lead Diesel Mechanic you’ll take pride in delivering exceptional maintenance on diesel and CNG trucks, using modern tools and procedures. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems • Estimate time and material costs for repairs and parts • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls • Conduct safety checks on vehicles • Complete paperwork documenting parts usage and repair time • Review, complete, or assign repairs from Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports • Maintain a clean, safe work area complying with corporate and OSHA standards

What You Bring
Candidates must possess a REAL ID or a TSA‑approved alternative to travel by air or access federal property as required by the role. • Minimum 4 years relevant work experience • Valid driver’s license with clean record • Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the US • Ability to meet physical job demands (with reasonable accommodations) • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively • Determined problem solver • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing; constant standing, walking, grasping • Exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes • Work both inside garage/shop and outdoors in inclement conditions • Must have a REAL ID or TSA‑approved alternative for travel or federal property access
