About the Role
The Technical Chillers expert role focuses on solution development and full pre‑sales lifecycle support, driving application engineering to deliver optimal chiller solutions. The position works closely with lead Account Managers and enterprise clients such as Vantage, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and others, serving as the primary technical contact from pre‑tender through project handover. Key responsibilities include value engineering and sweet‑spot analysis, collaborating with chiller factories and global product teams on special quotes, and providing technical specifications during the Basis of Design phase. The role also offers APAC regional exposure, mentorship of team members, and cross‑functional collaboration to identify product gaps and recommend new features. • Drive application engineering and pre‑sales support for chiller solutions. • Perform value engineering, sweet‑spot analysis, and technical specifications for Basis of Design. • Support APAC regional projects and mentor junior team members. • Work with cross‑functional teams to identify product gaps and suggest new features.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a BE/ME in Mechanical or a related field and possess deep knowledge of screw, scroll, and centrifugal chillers, as well as large‑refrigeration system principles. A minimum of five years’ experience in chiller product selection, specifications review, and quotation preparation is required, along with strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities; people‑management experience is a plus. • 5+ years experience in chiller product selection and quotation processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with strong knowledge of screw, scroll, and centrifugal chillers. • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills; people‑management a plus.
