About the Role
As a software engineering intern you will collaborate with engineering teams to develop, create, and modify applications, analyze user needs, and design feasible software solutions within time and cost constraints. You will participate in requirement definition meetings, architectural and design reviews, and will be responsible for writing and maintaining code for large enhancements, integrations, and defect fixes. You will also develop unit and cross‑functional tests, create test strategies, and contribute to coding standards and peer code reviews. Interns will have the opportunity to network and collaborate with peers worldwide, participate in an executive speaker series, networking events, and Shark Tank‑style project presentations, and engage in a structured internship program designed for professional growth. • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and modify software applications. • Analyze business requirements and functional designs for feasibility within constraints. • Design software systems and provide feedback on requirements. • Participate in requirement definition meetings and architectural/design reviews. • Write and maintain code for enhancements, integrations, and defect fixes. • Conduct peer code reviews and propose coding standards. • Create unit and cross‑functional tests, develop test strategies, and automate test scripts. • Network with global interns and join executive speaker series, networking events, and project presentations.

What You Bring
The internship runs full‑time from January 2026 through June 2026 and is open to students currently enrolled in an accredited university or college who will graduate in 2026. Candidates should have strong programming and object‑oriented skills, a solid understanding of the software development life cycle, and the ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required. • Enrolled in an accredited university/college, graduating in 2026, and available full‑time Jan–Jun 2026. • Proficient in programming languages and object‑oriented concepts. • Strong analytical, technical, and SDLC knowledge with ability to learn quickly. • Able to multitask, collaborate in fast‑paced settings, and communicate effectively in English.
