About the Role

B+P integrates architecture, interiors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and environmental engineering, delivering solutions from strategy to project realization. Our teams have designed structures for clients such as FAA, NASA, USPS, Georgia Ports Authority, MARTA, data centers and Fortune 500 companies, including towers, stations, laboratories, fuel tanks and more. • Lead structural engineer on diverse building projects of varying size and construction methodology. • Provide technical input and design solutions, including constructability and methodology guidance. • Mentor junior staff and share knowledge on structural design practices. • Communicate complex technical solutions to clients and deliver presentations. • Conduct construction site visits to monitor progress. • Perform quality control reviews and sign off on engineering work. • Develop technical proposals with budget and schedule estimates. • Review permitting agency, engineering standards, and client design standards for compliance. • Organize workload independently while collaborating with project teams under manager supervision.

What You Bring

• Minimum: Bachelor’s in Structural Engineering, 6+ years experience, PE licensure, US citizenship. • Preferred: 10+ years experience on building development projects, recent use of ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAM Elements, or RISA; AutoCAD and Revit proficiency; experience on large, complex projects.
