What You Bring
The role requires basic design experience and a solid understanding of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) works. The candidate will lead project execution, handling stakeholder management both internal and external, and applying strong project management skills, with PMP certification preferred. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, ordering and ensuring material delivery, preparing DC/MIR documentation, and coordinating draft invoice preparation and timely submission. Additionally, the candidate must understand POC‑based projects and revenue planning, perform basic commissioning, coordinate with third‑party vendors, and prepare hand‑over documents for customer sign‑off. • Basic design experience with IBMS. • Project management expertise; PMP certification preferred. • Understand POC‑based projects and revenue planning.
