Job Highlights
About the Role
• Establish direct relationships with employees working from the office. • Serve as the single point of contact for office employees to resolve issues and manage workspace changes. • Respond to and close all service tickets and feedback within defined SLA. • Share observations on misalignment with office amenity guidelines, including data from housekeeping and engineering teams. • Conduct periodic connections with business points of contact to understand service perspectives. • Plan and execute employee engagement events in line with client expectations. • Consolidate feedback to management regularly for ongoing improvement implementation. • Report concerns or patterns in employee feedback periodically to the assistant workspace experience manager. • Actively encourage a teamwork-oriented environment that supports performance excellence and personal success. • Drive client-specific initiatives such as technology roll-outs, benchmarking, and best practices. • Ensure operations align with financial processes and controls to achieve good financial management.
