About the Role
The engineer will act as a technical thought‑leader for analytics‑driven condition monitoring, assisting with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and external monitoring of industry standards. They will collaborate with engineering, analytics, and CAH development teams to improve models, support pilots and proof‑of‑concepts, and train RM&D engineers and deployment staff. Key duties include reviewing S1 and Cordant Asset Health configurations for compliance, providing technical support during Hypercare contracts, working toward analytics certification, and ensuring customers receive value from BH/OTR services and analytics solutions. The role also involves delivering VOC feedback to service leadership and new product development teams. • Troubleshoot and diagnose rotating and stationary systems for condition monitoring. • Serve as technical expert and thought‑leader on analytics-driven condition monitoring. • Monitor external standards, best practices, and emerging technologies. • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and CAH development teams to improve models and solutions. • Support pilots, proof‑of‑concepts, and training for RM&D engineers and deployment teams. • Review S1 and Cordant Asset Health configurations for compliance and best practices. • Provide technical assistance during Hypercare contracts and certification efforts. • Ensure customers derive value from BH/OTR services and analytics solutions. • Collect and convey VOC feedback to service leadership and product development.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a BSME, BSEE, or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably from top institutes, and possess at least one year of field engineering experience in machinery diagnostics, vibration, reliability, or condition monitoring. Required competencies include knowledge of API/ISO standards, a valid driver’s license and passport, the ability to read schematics, self‑starting independence, up to 30 % travel, and proficiency with MS Office. • Hold a BSME, BSEE, or Master’s degree in engineering with a strong academic record, preferably from IIT/NIIT. • Have at least 1 + year field engineering experience in machinery diagnostics, vibration, reliability, or condition monitoring. • Know API 670, ISO standards, and related industry standards. • Possess a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and a passport (or ability to obtain one). • Ability to read schematics, work independently, prioritize tasks, and travel up to 30 % domestically and internationally. • Proficient with MS Office and general computer skills.
