About the Role

In this role you will perform field and technical work across aggregates, waste management, hydrogeology, and compliance programs, with opportunities to expand into other areas of Earth & Environment as your career progresses. • Support landfill and aggregate site compliance monitoring, including fieldwork and reporting. • Complete authorized field assignments independently while collaborating with technicians, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. • Collect, document, and manage environmental field data following WSP standards and industry protocols. • Communicate with clients, laboratories, government partners, and service providers to ensure smooth project execution. • Produce technical reports by analyzing chemical, hydrogeological, and geotechnical data and drafting professional deliverables. • Champion safe work practices and enforce corporate and client safety programs.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of environmental consulting experience with fieldwork responsibilities. • Degree in environmental, geological, civil engineering, geoscience, or a related discipline. • Eligibility for P.Eng. or P.Geo. designation. • Familiarity with Ontario environmental regulations (preferred). • Strong communication and reporting abilities. • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and personal vehicle for site work. • Willingness to perform outdoor fieldwork and travel to remote locations. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and regulatory documents. • Proven problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills on the fly.
