About the Role

As a field technician you will travel to customer sites to ensure water systems are safe and compliant, inspecting and cleaning storage vessels, leading tank chlorinations, installing and servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves, and carrying out routine monitoring tasks such as flushing outlets, temperature checks, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels and sampling closed water systems in line with HSG 274 Part 2. • Inspect, clean, and chlorinate water storage vessels at customer sites. • Install and service Thermostatic Mixing Valves. • Perform flushing, temperature monitoring, descaling, and sampling per HSG 274 Part 2. • Use SimPRO to manage workload and record tasks. • Identify problems and implement proactive solutions.

What You Bring

The role is based in the Greater London area (within the M25) and is a permanent, full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no evenings, weekends or on‑call duties. The position is mobile, requiring travel across the region. The role requires a full, clean UK driving licence, City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training (or equivalent industry experience) and the ability to use the SimPRO system to manage workloads while proactively identifying and solving problems, underpinned by knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG 274. • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence and City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training (or equivalent experience). • Undergo an enhanced DBS check and BPSS clearance.
