About the Role

The role creates high‑impact presentations, motion graphics, and video content to support executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and project storytelling. It blends advanced PowerPoint design with hands‑on video editing and simple animation to turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals that meet brand and quality standards. Key responsibilities include designing executive‑level PowerPoint decks with strong visual hierarchy, translating technical information into slides, diagrams, and infographics, and developing custom visual elements while maintaining brand consistency. The incumbent will also standardize templates, master slides, and manage a shared asset library for reuse. The role plans and edits short‑form videos such as explainers, interviews, project updates, teasers, and event highlights, adding motion graphics, text overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and simple 2D animations. Duties also cover color correction, audio balancing, subtitling, quality enhancement, and support for scriptwriting and storyboarding. Collaboration with leadership, engineering/project teams, and communications is essential to clarify objectives, target audiences, and ensure confidentiality. The candidate must adhere to brand guidelines, information‑sensitivity requirements, and maintain organized project files and asset libraries. • Design executive-level PowerPoint decks with clear visual hierarchy, infographics, and custom icons. • Create and maintain standardized templates, master slides, and a shared asset library. • Produce and edit short-form videos (explainers, interviews, updates) including motion graphics and simple 2D animations. • Perform color correction, audio balancing, subtitling, and ensure overall video quality. • Collaborate with leadership, engineering teams, and communications to define objectives and target audiences. • Adhere to brand guidelines, confidentiality, and information‑sensitivity requirements. • Deliver high-quality visual storytelling on time, meeting stakeholder satisfaction and efficiency targets.

What You Bring

Required skills include advanced PowerPoint (layouts, master slides, custom themes, charting) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Ability to produce infographics, custom graphics, simple 2D animations, and demonstrated experience editing corporate or promotional videos are essential; basic camera operation is a plus. Professional attributes sought are exceptional attention to detail, high quality standards, strong time‑management, and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent requests under tight deadlines. Clear communication, a collaborative mindset, and a service‑oriented attitude are also required. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required, along with 3–7 years of relevant experience in presentation design and video editing/motion graphics. Experience in corporate, consulting, or agency settings is preferred, especially in energy or industrial sectors, and a portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant work is mandatory.
