About the Role

Join Schneider Electric’s Field Service Engineering team as a Team Lead and help drive excellence in customer service delivery. This role is aimed at a passionate technical leader who will supervise and empower field service professionals while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. In this position you will oversee a team of Services Representatives, guide them to meet performance targets, and ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries. You will also develop strategies to enhance service delivery, monitor compliance through site visits, and foster continuous improvement across the service function. • Lead, coach, and manage the Services Representatives team to meet performance targets and KPIs. • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and service requests. • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and conduct regular site visits for compliance. • Encourage identification of new business opportunities (“Lead Generations”) to grow services. • Provide ongoing coaching, performance monitoring, and regular evaluations. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support service operations and business goals. • Ensure adherence to Schneider Electric quality and HSE standards. • Maintain high‑quality reports, test sheets, checklists and proper archiving. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service team. • Strengthen customer relationships to ensure long‑term partnerships. • Proactively engage customers to achieve satisfaction.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, brings 8‑12 years of services operation experience, and has at least three years of leadership in the electrical or energy sector. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with knowledge of Schneider Electric products and a solid grasp of electrical systems and energy management. • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. • 8–12 years of services operation experience, including at least 3 years in a team‑lead role within the electrical or energy sector. • Proven leadership and team‑management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of Schneider Electric products and services (preferred). • Strong understanding of electrical systems and energy management. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
