About the Role

The Workspace Delivery Coordinator oversees day‑to‑day housekeeping operations and vendor partners to maintain a large, modern, upscale office, enforcing quality assurance for cleanliness. Alignment with the Workspace Experience team is essential to deliver customer delight with agility and effective service provision. Key responsibilities include assigning duties, inspecting work for cleanliness standards, and maintaining clear communication with engineering and front‑of‑house teams. The role also manages inventory of cleaning supplies, orders adequate stock, and ensures proper key‑control procedures. Coordination with vendors such as pest control, horticulture, floor and façade maintenance is required, along with submitting repair requests, scheduling preventive‑maintenance, and auditing vendor work under AMC contracts. • Oversee daily housekeeping operations and manage vendor partners for a large, upscale office. • Ensure cleanliness standards and quality assurance aligned with the Workspace Experience team. • Assign duties, inspect work, and maintain detailed communication with engineering and front‑of‑house staff. • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, place orders, and control key usage procedures. • Coordinate with vendors (pest control, horticulture, floor and façade maintenance) and address service issues. • Schedule and audit preventive‑maintenance tasks and equipment repairs under AMC contracts.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business or a related field, and have 2‑4 years of experience in soft services, facilities, or hotel housekeeping. They thrive in fast‑paced environments, adapt to changing client needs, are proficient in the MS Office suite, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Require Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business or related field and 2‑4 years of soft‑services/facilities housekeeping experience. • Proficient in MS Office, strong verbal and written communication, and detail‑oriented.
