About the Role

The Director of Operations leads divisional operations, aligning daily activities with corporate strategy, overseeing process improvements, managing escalations, and promoting a culture of accountability and innovation. • Oversee monthly operating report process and ensure accurate, timely data submission. • Manage day‑to‑day divisional operations, including compliance, quality control, and risk management. • Resolve resident and vendor escalations promptly before they escalate further. • Coordinate coverage for regional operations staff and support office management. • Partner with the Division President and senior leadership to execute long‑term strategic initiatives. • Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements. • Support new business development with market insights and operational expertise. • Lead, mentor, and evaluate Regional Operations Specialists and support teams. • Drive talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention of top performers. • Serve as primary liaison between divisional operations and corporate leadership, communicating shared‑service initiatives. • Proactively address client needs and implement processes that ensure excellent service. • Apply design‑thinking to solve complex operational challenges and lead continuous‑improvement projects. • Assess and mitigate operational risks, adjusting strategies as needed. • Oversee event planning for regional initiatives and manage bonus review processes.

What You Bring
