About the Role

The role involves a variety of carpentry responsibilities on both commercial and residential projects, covering the full construction process from framing to finishing. • Perform start‑to‑finish carpentry work • Install metal studs and framing • Execute rough builds • Carry out trim work, including molding and installation of cabinets, doors, and windows • Apply drywall • Complete remodel projects • Provide own tools for the trade • Wear proper personal protective equipment • Participate in a 401(k) profit‑sharing savings plan • Utilize tool purchase programs

Most positions are first shift with a pay range of $28‑$32 per hour based on experience and skill level.
