About the Role

In this role you will carry out detailed inspections of engine modules, employ precise measurement equipment to verify compliance with aerospace standards, and cooperate with cross‑functional teams to uphold quality and safety. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and accuracy. • Conduct detailed inspections of aerospace engine components and modules • Use precision measurement tools and techniques to ensure compliance with aerospace standards • Collaborate with production, development, and overhaul teams to maintain quality and safety • Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have completed a time‑served apprenticeship with relevant aerospace inspection experience and hold qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2. Additional experience with strip‑and‑build procedures, conditioning of parts, and digital inspection tools is required, while knowledge of engine intrascopy, CMM inspection, risk assessment and the ability to train others are desirable. Applicants must obtain a Security Check clearance and be a UK national or, where approved, a dual national. • Completed time‑served apprenticeship with aerospace inspection skills • Qualified to NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent • Experience with aerospace strip‑and‑build procedures and part conditioning • Proficient with digital inspection tools and measurement equipment • Desirable: experience with engine intrascoping and CMM inspection • Desirable: knowledge of repair limits and component sentencing • Desirable: training in risk assessment and COSHH • Desirable: ability to train others and support team development • Security Check clearance required; UK national or MoD‑approved dual national
