About the Role
The Associate Director analyses client business practices, defines work plans, assigns tasks and delivers high-quality technical outputs. You will apply broad technical expertise together with a recognised specialism to develop tailored ICT solutions that meet client objectives and integrate with multidisciplinary teams. • Design Communication Rooms • Design ICT cabinets • Design structured cabling systems • Plan telecoms infrastructures • Design wireless network solutions • Design LAN switch networks • Implement Connected Real Estate concepts • Integrate third‑party IP technologies such as CCTV and Access Control security systems • Integrate AV and multimedia solutions including IPTV, digital signage, room‑booking and intelligent building components • Integrate Common Network Systems with third‑party MEP services (e.g., lighting control, BMS) • Lead client design team meetings • Conduct site inspections during construction phase • Analyse test results and perform witness testing

What You Bring
Candidates must have extensive experience on design-led consultancy projects, hold the Certified Network Infrastructure Design Professional (CNIDP) credential and possess an engineering degree that provides a strong technical foundation.
