About the Role

• Develop client BIM documentation aligned with ISO 19650 standards. • Lead support‑chain assessment, mobilization, and BIM kick‑off meetings. • Create and maintain work‑process maps and ensure compliance of appointed parties’ BIM deliverables. • Conduct BIM coordination meetings, digital workshops, lessons‑learned sessions, and interdisciplinary design checks. • Monitor BIM implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools. • Enforce the digital delivery strategy and champion emerging technologies. • Provide flexible coverage for the BIM Coordinator team as needed. • Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks, and Revit in project execution.

What You Bring

Parsons is seeking a talented BIM Manager to lead the development of client BIM documentation in line with ISO 19650, oversee support‑chain assessments, and manage BIM kick‑off meetings and work‑process mapping. The role also involves enforcing the digital delivery strategy, championing innovation, and providing advice on emerging technologies, asset performance, and operational requirements. You will coordinate BIM meetings, digital workshops, interdisciplinary design checks, and track performance using Power BI and other online tools. The position will focus on a unique hospitality project in the Kingdom, requiring solid experience on five‑star hotel or resort projects that have been completed. Experience in hospitality construction is a mandatory requirement, and international work experience—preferably in Saudi Arabia—is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management from an accredited university is required. Candidates must have at least ten years of BIM/Digital Delivery experience on large‑scale projects, with proven success managing BIM for hospitality construction and familiarity with PAS 1192/ISO 19650 standards. Strong knowledge of building codes, leadership, communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in project‑management software are essential, along with excellent Arabic and English verbal and written abilities. • Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, verbally and in writing. • Apply at least ten years of BIM/Digital Delivery experience on large‑scale hospitality projects following PAS 1192/ISO 19650.
