About the Role

The position involves managing building enclosure projects, interacting with senior staff, preparing reports and proposals, maintaining client records, and promoting a safe workplace with proper use of PPE. Strong organization, reliability, time management, and self‑motivation are essential. • Conduct inspections, testing, assessments, and commissioning of building enclosures for existing structures. • Perform building enclosure testing, air‑leakage testing, roofing assessments, and construction quality‑assurance observations. • Review design specifications and execute field performance testing. • Prepare detailed reports, technical proposals, and maintain a client database. • Manage project budgets, generate invoices, and mentor junior staff members. • Promote workplace safety and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). • Lead high‑visibility projects with technical complexity. • Collaborate within a team focused on technical excellence and client service.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED; a B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited degree or a BS in Engineering, Building Science, or a related ABET‑accredited field is preferred. At least two years of relevant building enclosure consulting experience is required, and IIBEC certifications such as RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, or RBEC are encouraged. • Hold IIBEC certifications (RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, RBEC) as a plus.
