About the Role

• Place, finish, protect, and repair concrete for projects • Spread and level concrete using various tools and float the surface • Inspect completed work to confirm proper installation • Apply proper technique for vibrating concrete • Assist other craft workers as needed • Operate hand and power tools (electric, gas, pneumatic) safely • Climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, ladders, and steel/wood frameworks • Work on uneven terrain, in mud, loose rock, confined spaces, and adverse weather conditions • Maintain detail‑orientation, make decisions, and stay focused amid distractions

What You Bring

The Finisher must possess a solid foundation in concrete work, including pouring, leveling, forming, troweling, and operating troweling machines. They must learn and adhere to all safety hazards associated with the job and safely operate related tools and equipment. Work will be performed in plant operations or on construction job sites. The role requires significant physical effort, such as lifting up to 50 lb (occasionally 100 lb), climbing ladders and scaffolds, and working in uneven, muddy, or confined spaces under various weather conditions. Strong communication skills, basic reading, writing, and math abilities, as well as attention to detail and decision‑making capacity, are essential. • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lb (occasionally up to 100 lb) and perform repetitive hand/arm motions • Communicate effectively, read/write directions, and perform basic math calculations
