About the Role

The position provides strategic financial counsel, vision, and leadership, focusing on identifying, evaluating, implementing, and integrating effective financial strategies. You will develop unique methods and solutions for complex problems with intangible variance factors, ensuring that future financial needs are met. Key duties include overseeing the collection and analysis of current and future budget trends, presenting financial insights to business leaders, and collaborating with senior management to optimize existing strategies. You will conduct confidential financial studies, interpret accounting guidance, coordinate annual budgeting, and support five‑year forecasting while leading complex projects and driving process improvements. • Provide strategic financial counsel and leadership for complex financial challenges. • Develop and implement innovative financial strategies and evaluation criteria. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. • Lead, mentor, and review work of Financial Analysts. • Manage complex financial projects and drive process improvements. • Conduct confidential financial studies and interpret accounting guidance.

What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least seven years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, or analysis. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills are essential. Preferred candidates are current MBA students with a 3.0 GPA, CPA or CFA credentials, and proficiency with data analytics tools. • Present financial insights to business area leaders and senior management. • Minimum: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 7+ years experience, advanced MS Office skills. • Preferred: Current MBA student (3.0 GPA), CPA/CFA, data analytics proficiency.
