About the Role
The position requires inspecting plumbing systems, performing hydro‑jetting on various sewer and drain lines, operating sewer cameras (optional), towing trailers and equipment, maintaining and servicing equipment, and communicating effectively with customers, dispatch, and managers. Accurate documentation of service calls and vehicle usage is essential, along with adherence to safety protocols and training apprentices. • Inspect plumbing systems to identify blockages and issues. • Perform hydro‑jetting on sanitary sewer lines, grease interceptors/traps, drain branch lines, storm drains, and roof drains. • Tow trailers and equipment using company vehicles per policy. • Maintain and service equipment to ensure job readiness. • Communicate job status and progress with customers, dispatch, and managers. • Complete accurate documentation for service calls and vehicle usage. • Follow all safety protocols and demonstrate safe work practices. • Coach and train apprentices or helpers on best practices. • Perform additional plumbing duties as assigned.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of recent commercial hydro‑jetting or service plumbing experience, be proficient in English, possess basic computer literacy, hold a valid driver’s license with an insurable record, and be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check. Availability for graveyard shift Tuesday‑Saturday is required. • Operate sewer cameras (camera location skills a plus). • Minimum two years recent experience in commercial hydro‑jetting or service plumbing. • Proficient in English with basic computer literacy (mobile communication and email). • Valid driver’s license with an insurable record (fewer than two points in past five years). • Ability to pass pre‑employment drug test and background check. • Availability to work graveyard (third) shift Tuesday through Saturday.
