About the Role
The Sr. Permit Coordinator will submit permit applications for construction projects, track and manage permit lifecycles—including change orders—and serve as the primary point of contact with city, county, and state municipalities. A solid understanding of permitting codes and policies is essential to ensure compliance across all projects. • Submit permit applications for construction projects • Track and manage permit lifecycles, including change orders • Liaise with city, county, and state municipalities on permitting matters • Apply knowledge of permitting codes and policies to ensure compliance • Learn and interpret various municipal permitting rules and guidelines • Utilize Microsoft Office and quickly adopt custom software tools

What You Bring
Candidates must be able to learn diverse municipal permitting rules, understand all phases of the permitting process, and have 1–3 years of progressively challenging permitting experience, including work on FTTH projects.
