About the Role
• Develop, coordinate, and execute cybersecurity policies and procedures for the RCO Family of Systems and joint Missile Defense Agency projects. • Oversee daily operational support, including building, patching, testing, and deploying secure systems to meet mission partner specifications. • Design and manage secured LANs and cross‑domain solution architectures across ground, airborne, and satellite communications. • Support IATT, ATC, and ATO activities, supervise changes to enhance system performance, and manage data backup, migration, and disaster recovery. • Administer software and OS upgrades, licensing, and configure security settings and access permissions for users and groups. • Lead the cybersecurity approval process, evaluate new technologies, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and implement security controls throughout system lifecycles. • Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, coordinate with third‑party responders, and perform risk and compliance assessments.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with recent DoD SAP access and be able to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph. Military experience as a cyber or communications specialist and prior leadership as a Cyber Security Manager or Director are highly desirable. • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with recent DoD SAP access; ability to pass a CI polygraph. • Desired military background as a cyber or communications specialist. • Experience serving as a Cyber Security Manager or Director. • Strong knowledge of secured LAN, cross‑domain solutions, and authority‑to‑operate processes.
