About the Role
The Contract Auditor is responsible for reviewing and auditing sales contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and company policies. This includes processing correspondence from consumers and agents, verifying financial terms and title requirements, redacting sensitive information, and identifying missing or incorrect documentation. Audit findings are entered into tracking systems such as Chorus and TSW, and daily workflow management includes handling rescissions, NSFs, and chargebacks. The role also provides customer service to field offices and corporate partners, maintains production targets, and supports the DSC audit team as needed. • Review and audit sales contracts for legal and policy compliance. • Process incoming correspondence and materials from consumers or agents. • Verify financial terms against underwriting guidelines. • Verify title requirements, including vesting, tenancies, and inventory. • Redact personal, bank, or credit‑card information from documents. • Identify missing or incorrect contract documents and flag issues. • Enter audit findings into tracking systems such as Chorus and TSW. • Receive, validate, and document contract packages; notify sites of discrepancies. • Manage contract workflow daily, including rescission cancellations, NSFs, and chargebacks. • Prepare contract packages and cancellations for the imaging department. • Provide customer service to field offices and corporate partners to resolve document issues. • Maintain minimum production levels and support the DSC audit team as needed. • Complete required training and adhere to company policies and standards. • Produce high‑volume, accurate work while meeting deadlines.
