About the Role

• Represent Syska Hennessy Group and interact effectively with internal design teams and external clients, consultants, owners, builders, developers, program managers, architects, and vendors. • Coordinate with architectural and engineering disciplines, both internal and external, to ensure cohesive design efforts. • Conduct field inspections to assess existing conditions and coordinate new work. • Assist senior engineers with due diligence, feasibility studies, gap analyses, and technical reports using CAD/REVIT. • Maintain mastery of drawing organization formats and company standards. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all work assignments. • Participate in continuing education seminars on technical and professional topics.

What You Bring

Candidates must demonstrate strong REVIT and MEP capabilities, from markup to detailed drawing production, and possess a solid understanding of construction documentation and design‑phase requirements. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, 3.5–8 years of relevant MEP experience, proficiency with AutoCAD MEP and REVIT, and FE certification are required, with PE licensure and project‑management experience preferred. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. • Bring 3.5 to 8 years of MEP experience on aviation, healthcare, commercial, and mission‑critical projects. • Proficient with the latest versions of AutoCAD MEP and REVIT. • Possess basic understanding of proper system selection and applicable codes. • Be FE certified; PE certification is preferred. • Experience in aviation/transportation, large‑scale projects, and interest in project management is highly valued.
