About the Role
• Lead delivery of complex infrastructure projects across sectors such as aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications and utilities. • Apply project management principles, contract and financial management, controls, and health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. • Build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships with clients and partner organisations. • Analyse complex problems and develop actionable delivery solutions. • Manage multiple work streams, communicate with senior client representatives, and motivate teams under pressure. • Develop, lead, and mentor project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have extensive experience in infrastructure project or programme management, covering the full project lifecycle, contract administration, financial controls and health, safety, quality and environmental stewardship. They must demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical problem‑solving, and the ability to motivate teams while handling multiple work streams under pressure. Beneficial experience includes managing utilities or water infrastructure projects, procurement and NEC contracts, and supervising contractors, consultants and advisors. Candidates should hold a degree or HND in a relevant discipline, possess professional affiliation with bodies such as APM, ICE or CIWEM, and have project‑management certification (APM, PRINCE2, MSP) or NEC accreditation. • Hold a degree or HND in construction, management or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. • Maintain professional affiliation or near‑qualified status with APM, ICE, CIWEM or similar bodies and hold a project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP). • Possess NEC contract and procurement experience; utility/water infrastructure background and consultancy or client‑side project management experience are advantageous.
