Candidates should hold a Certificate IV in Horticulture (or equivalent), a current open driver’s licence, and preferably a Diploma in Parks and Gardens Management. Additional licences and certificates such as an Agricultural Chemical Distribution & Control (AC/DC) licence, a Medium or Heavy Rigid Truck licence, a Chainsaw Operator licence, and a ChemCert are also required.
