About the Role
Key responsibilities include designing and programming advanced building automation systems, configuring site‑specific controls, and developing graphical and text‑based interfaces. Engineers must manage multiple projects from conception through implementation, ensuring adherence to company and customer standards, documenting designs, and providing technical support to sales teams. Collaboration with project teams, functional testing, and occasional site visits are also essential components of the role. • Design, program, and configure building automation systems and control algorithms. • Create clear design documentation and graphical/text interfaces for projects. • Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple engineering projects, meeting deadlines and budgets. • Provide technical support to sales, identify project opportunities and risks, and assist with functional testing and site visits.

What You Bring
• Required: High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of HVAC controls experience. • Preferred: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC&R focus), expertise in WebCTRL, TCP/IP and wireless networks, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, time‑management, multitasking, and team communication skills.
