About the Role
• Diagnose electrical issues using diagrams and blueprints • Perform minor to complex electrical service work • Maintain shop equipment through troubleshooting, supply management, and preventive maintenance • Test and inspect wiring and lighting for safety and code compliance • Identify and mitigate safety hazards and code violations • Operate and maintain building electrical/mechanical systems such as chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and air‑handling units • Manage automated control systems for environment, lighting, and emergency power • Conduct HVAC and Building Management System maintenance, including inspection, repairs, and programming • Use CMMS to create, update, and close work orders with labor and parts data • Carry a company radio/cell phone for site communication • Work flexible hours and be on‑call for emergencies • Assist external service personnel, inspectors, and vendors • Keep workspace neat, clean, and clutter‑free • Follow OSHA, safety, and PPE requirements • Share knowledge with colleagues, supervisors, and customers • Operate office equipment, computers, tools, and drive a vehicle • Work in high‑pressure situations with exposure to mechanical, electrical, noise, and weather hazards

Keystone Management is seeking an experienced, licensed Electrician to work in the airport hangar at Boston Logan International Airport. The role involves performing maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and completing work orders for both electrical and mechanical components, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations. The electrician will also handle preventive maintenance inspections and address various structural repair needs as required. This full‑time role demands physical stamina, including standing for long periods, walking on uneven surfaces, lifting up to 75 lb, and working in high‑pressure environments.
