Power Apps, Power Automate Developer

About the Role

The role focuses on software development using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint, building complex applications backed by SharePoint, Dataverse or SQL. The candidate will also propose and guide the team on enterprise‑level data storage and retrieval using data lakes and Databricks. Key duties include collecting business requirements, translating them into process flowcharts, organizing change requests with full traceability, and conducting design‑review meetings to keep projects on schedule. The engineer will support user‑acceptance testing, handle change requests, and ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations while embodying Hitachi Energy’s safety and integrity values. • Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse, or SQL back‑ends. • Define data storage strategies leveraging enterprise data platforms like data lakes and Databricks. • Gather business requirements, create process flowcharts, and manage change requests with traceability. • Lead design‑review meetings, monitor timelines, and support users during UAT. • Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations while upholding safety and integrity. • Lead at least five end‑to‑end Power Apps/Power Automate projects in a senior capacity. • Build Canvas and model‑driven apps and construct complex automation flows. • Integrate applications with enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce. • Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts where applicable. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a BTech or MCA degree and have led at least five Power Apps/Power Automate projects. Required skills include strong SQL Server knowledge, expertise in Canvas and model‑driven apps, complex Power Automate flows, exposure to enterprise data platforms, and integration experience with systems such as SAP and Salesforce. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and excellent communication abilities are also essential.
