About the Role
The detailer will create coordinated, constructable piping layouts using AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep, and Revit, and will conduct clash detection with Navisworks Manage to ensure cross‑discipline accuracy. They will interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to resolve design issues and maintain drawing standards. This role supports BIM coordination meetings and safeguards version control throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop mechanical piping models and layouts with AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep, and Revit. • Perform clash detection and system coordination using Navisworks Manage. • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce fabrication‑ready spool constructability. • Collaborate with lead detailers, project managers, engineers, and field personnel to ensure constructability. • Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve design/field issues. • Maintain drawing accuracy, version control, and compliance with company detailing standards. • Recognize employee tenure with a years‑of‑service appreciation program.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong understanding of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping systems. • Proficiency in Navisworks Manage, Fabrication CADmep, AutoCAD, and Revit. • Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to interpret construction documents, equipment submittals, and engineering drawings. • Prior construction field or fabrication shop experience preferred.
