About the Role
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees daily food and beverage and retail gift shop operations to ensure exceptional guest and owner experiences. This role ensures all team members follow food quality, sanitation, safety, and resort policies while supporting operational, financial, and service goals. • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards are met. • Train, coach, and support team members while maintaining compliance with company policies. • Achieve operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals through effective forecasting, budgeting, and labor control. • Assist with resolving guest concerns and addressing staffing, inventory, and supply challenges. • Support the GM with capital projects and operational improvement planning. • Coordinate with other departments, including the Front Desk, to align staffing and inventory needs with occupancy. • Ensure accurate shift closings, checklists, and daily procedures are completed. • Contribute to menu development and F&B marketing initiatives. • Manage retail gift shop operations, including purchasing, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory.
