About the Role

As a Front Desk Clerk at Ocean 22 you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable while checking them in and out, handling requests, and managing reservations. You will input data into the reservation system, generate invoices, collect payments, manage safety‑deposit boxes, process housekeeping and maintenance requests, restock the front desk, provide information on attractions, and prepare reports for management. • Check guests and owners in and out, ensuring a positive experience. • Respond to guest requests and provide information on resort amenities and local attractions. • Input and update reservation data in the computerized system. • Resolve unit availability issues and assist with reservation changes. • Generate invoices, collect payments, and manage safety‑deposit boxes. • Process housekeeping and maintenance work orders by contacting the appropriate departments. • Restock front‑desk supplies and prepare arrival packets. • Prepare correspondence and reports for management as needed.

What You Bring

The minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in spoken and written English, flexibility to adjust schedules, ability to multitask and prioritize, and prior cash‑handling and data‑entry experience. Preferred qualifications include prior hospitality experience and bilingual ability.
