Oversee and manage scheduling for large civil infrastructure projects

About the Role
• Lead schedule development, reporting, and forecast updates, including contingency management for work packages. • Ensure project schedules follow the established planning and scheduling methodology. • Create milestone and progress‑tracking baselines. • Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling standards. • Contribute to Work Breakdown Structure development for performance measurement. • Analyse schedule data, identify trends and issues, and communicate findings to the Project Director and team. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on schedule matters. • Mentor and coach planning team members. • Verify contractor schedules align with integrated milestones. • Analyse resource availability impacts and recommend recovery options. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities where required.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • Minimum 8 years of civil infrastructure scheduling experience on major programs (aviation, rail, transportation, bridges, tunnels, utilities). • Proven ability to work in complex, fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments. • Advanced user of Primavera P6 (or later) and Microsoft Project with strong knowledge of network planning structures. • Capability to support broader business initiatives such as responding to RFPs. • Excellent presentation, verbal, written and organizational communication skills.
