About the Role

In this role you will analyze spend across the Data Solutions category, prepare executive summaries with key insights, and perform detailed supply market analyses to support sourcing leaders and enable overall category strategies. You will partner with project leads and managers to enable material cost‑reduction initiatives, develop and implement supplier identification strategies and cost‑comparison methodologies, and ensure adherence to standardized sourcing processes while seeking continuous‑improvement opportunities. What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, and has at least two years of experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. The role requires the ability to prioritize multiple sourcing projects in a fast‑paced setting, experience with cost‑reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations, and market analysis, strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills, and the ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), and familiarity with JDE, MRP/ERP systems, Sievo, Enovia, and Esker is preferred. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field • Minimum two years experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, or procurement in a manufacturing/industrial setting • Experience with cost‑reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations, and market analysis • Strong collaboration skills; work cross‑functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and familiarity with JDE, ERP, Sievo, Enovia, Esker

Compensation for this position ranges from $89,300 to $165,800, with pay determined by knowledge, skills, experience, education, and performance, and may include annual incentives.
