About the Role

• Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications • Negotiate costs and final accounts with contractors • Produce and present monthly post‑contract cost reports • Contribute to value engineering and approve final costs • Maintain liaison with clients and consultants throughout project phases • Lead and mentor the cost‑management team as needed • Identify and propose improvements to cost‑management procedures • Perform cost checks, valuations, and verification on large projects • Calculate life‑cycle, maintenance, and operating costs • Support development of historical pricing database and estimating guidelines • Ensure compliance with SOX controls where applicable

The role requires in‑office work three days a week, with potential adjustments based on client needs. • Possess 10+ years of civil infrastructure cost‑estimating experience • Proficient in estimating software (e.g., on‑screen take‑off, Revit, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Suite • Demonstrated knowledge of construction procurement methods across sectors • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
