About the Role

The designer is responsible for creating and refining product wireframes, employing research‑driven design decisions, and crafting visual aesthetics that enhance website and product experiences. They also gather user feedback and analyze data to continuously improve navigation and overall user experience. Collaboration with stakeholders, establishing design guidelines, and promoting best practices are central to the role. The incumbent also serves as a DP World ambassador, upholding the company’s values, safety standards, and code of conduct while performing additional duties as required. • Submit product wireframes and adapt them to changing requirements. • Use recent studies to select optimal UX design elements. • Build storyboards that convey project plans to clients and management. • Create surveys across media platforms to collect user feedback on ease of use and satisfaction. • Design aesthetic components for websites or products. • Analyze customer responses and website traffic data to identify high‑performing pages. • Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation across digital programs and interfaces. • Combine interface design concepts with digital design, establishing milestones that encourage teamwork. • Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to refine designs. • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. • Act as an ambassador for DP World, exemplifying the Founder’s Principles, safety, and code of conduct. • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations. • Maintain relentless innovation balanced with business needs and customer expectations. • Work collaboratively with developers, both on‑site and remotely, for implementation. • Apply best practices in information architecture, usability principles, and techniques.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a BS/MS degree in design, HCI, or a related field, possess 5‑7 years of UX or interaction design experience, and showcase a portfolio of user‑centered solutions. Required skills include strong communication, teamwork, a bias for action in fast‑paced environments, and proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, and others. • Hold a BS/MS degree in design, HCI, or equivalent experience. • Possess 5‑7 years of experience as a UX or interaction designer with a strong portfolio. • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Framer JS, Flinto, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Zeplin. • Ability to present and sell design solutions to various stakeholders.
