About the Role

As an Associate Photographer serving the Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and Goleta areas, you will use a Matterport Pro 3 camera, digital camera equipment and an iPad to create virtual tours, floor plans and high‑quality photographs for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will be assigned a core territory, schedule appointments, and work closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and a remote photography manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans and high‑quality photographs for Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Manage a territory schedule, coordinate with dispatch, and maximize appointment efficiency. • Conduct one‑mile‑square grid walks to identify and photograph commercial real‑estate inventory. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment use. • Perform up to eight hours of driving, standing, walking and equipment handling daily; lift items up to five pounds. • Work weekends on a rotating schedule and in all weather conditions.

What You Bring

The role requires up to eight hours per day of driving, standing and walking, with the ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to five pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed for tablet and camera operation, and the schedule includes rotating weekend work and outdoor driving in all seasons. Candidates must have at least two years of professional real‑estate photography experience, a current driver’s license with a clean driving record, and must obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license within 30 days of hire. Strong time‑management, detail orientation, communication, and data‑entry skills are essential, along with proficiency in Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office and internet applications. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management. • Minimum two years of real‑estate photography experience; obtain FAA Part 107 drone license within 30 days. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. • Strong time‑management, detail orientation, communication and data‑entry skills. • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office and internet applications.
