About the Role

• Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Design large mechanical projects, prepare reports and specifications, and provide technical leadership. • Participate in QA/QC of staff work and perform Engineer of Record duties. • Conduct calculations, equipment selection, system design, layout, field investigation, and construction administration. • Manage staff resources, review work, and produce drawings meeting client standards. • Deliver consulting services such as due‑diligence, gap analysis, and feasibility reports. • Supervise 1–2 employees and lead projects up to $100M construction cost. • Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, and telecom disciplines. • Maintain dynamic Employee Resource Groups and competitive paid time off.

What You Bring

• Hold a current PE registration as a Mechanical Engineer. • Earn a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. • Have at least 8 years consulting experience, including 3+ years in supervisory or project management roles. • LEED AP accreditation is highly preferred. • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. • Aviation/transportation and large‑scale project experience is preferred.
