About the Role

The role involves delivering cost management services across all project phases, leading discipline‑specific areas, conducting feasibility studies, advising on procurement and contract strategies, applying value management techniques, managing estimating and cost planning, overseeing contract documentation, maintaining cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, and mentoring Cost Consultants to drive net‑zero aligned process improvements. • Deliver cost management services across all project phases and sectors. • Lead discipline‑specific areas using advanced technical expertise. • Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement and contract strategies. • Apply value management techniques to optimize project outcomes. • Manage estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to stakeholders. • Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance and formal execution. • Maintain cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting. • Mentor Cost Consultants and drive process improvements aligned with net zero.
