About the Role
Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®. They lead a high‑performing team of 3‑4 Sales Representatives, engaging customers and selling vacation packages, with uncapped commissions and rapid sales cycles that typically close in under ten minutes. • Lead and empower a sales team. • Drive vacation package sales through engaging customer interactions. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and analyze performance. • Provide ongoing training and foster continuous learning. • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

What You Bring
